When
travelling to Russia all visitors require a Visa.
We
provide all our clients with an easy and efficient visa
support service. Our team will supply you with all the
necessary documents to apply for your visa, give you detailed
instructions and sample forms to help you fill out your
application and advise you on Russian Embassy processing
procedures and regulations. Depending on the country and
the particular Russian Embassy or Consulate you propose
to use, it will take between 1 and 14 working days to
obtain your travel visa, so we advise that you apply well
in advance of your trip. |

The following documents should be submited to the Russian Embassy
or Consulate to obtain visa to enter Russia:
Russian Tourist Visa
1. Photocopy of the vital information pages of your valid passport
(showing Name, Birth Date, Passport Number, Expiration Date).
2. Russian Visa Application Form, completed and signed.
3. 3 Passport-type photographs.
4. Invitation and Voucher from the Russian hotel (or authorized
Russian travel company) which shows the reference number and
confirmation number for the visa.

Visa Support
1. We need complete passport information and dates of visit
to Russia.
2. Invitation and voucher would be prepared same or next business
day depending on your urgency and send to you by fax.
3. To obtain your visa, present the invitation and voucher
at a Russian Embassy or Consulate.
All Russian Visas should be registered upon arrival to the
Russian Federation. According to Russian law, your Russian
visa must be registered within 72 hours of arrival (excluding
weekends and official holidays). 1. If you are staying at
a hotel, the hotel will register your visa. You will be asked
of your visa and passport. A small registration fee can be
imposed. 2. If you are not staying at a hotel, our offices
in Yaroslavl will provide registration services.

Russian Private or Homestay Visa
1. Photocopy of the vital information pages of your valid
passport (showing Name, Birth Date, Passport Number, Expiration
Date)
2. Russian Visa Application Form, completed and signed.
3. 3 passport-type photographs
4. Visa entitlement certificate (IZVESHENIYE) from the
local OVIR in Russia. Your host must obtain this certificate
for you and send the original certificate to you.
Your host will need to know: Your Full Name; Address;
Nationality; Passport Number and Date of Birth; Your Date
of Arrival/Departure in Russia. (The cost of OVIR application
is about USD35. Allow 4-6 weeks for OVIR's approval). |
Russian Business Single, Double and
Multiple-Entry Visa
1. Photocopy of the vital information pages of your valid
passport (showing Name, Birth Date, Passport Number, Expiration
Date)
2. Russian Visa Application Form, completed and signed.
3. 3 recent passport-type photographs.
4. For stay exceeding 3 months, or multi entry visa, a
HIV test required.
5. Official invitation from an organization authorized
to invite business visitors to Russia. The Invitation
to Russia must be from the Russian Foreign Ministry or
its regional representatives; The Ministry of Interior
or its local offices; or other authorized Russian Agencies.
The letter must contain: official seal and legal address
of the agency, signature and name of official authorized
to invite foreigners to Russia. The Embassy reserves the
right to request the original invitation. |
